This Level 1 Vinyasa class is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation. You’ll be guided through a gentle, breath-linked flow that introduces key postures, safe alignment, and the fundamentals of Vinyasa movement.

Expect a slower pace with clear instruction, supportive modifications, and time to develop confidence in your practice. No experience is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to move and breathe.
